What are the expected waiting time for appointments?
Because we see only private patients our waiting times and appointment availability are favourable. Our advanced patient management system increases efficiencies and minimises waiting time. Appointments can be arranged on the same day/next day in most cases depending on availability and notice given.

Do I see the same GP at each visit?
When you register you will be placed under the care of a GP who will remain your GP throughout your membership (unless you wish to change). Other than annual leave, our GP’s will be available during our regular opening hours.
